2b 2b Apartment rent split (couple) (single person)

So I’m wondering how to split rent between a couple and a single person in a 2 bed 2bath apartment. The couple is currently the ones on the lease and single person is moving in. Single person will have the bigger bedroom, and only bathroom with a bath. Couple chose their room previously bc it has double vanity. Couple split rent w/previous roommate based on bedroom so 50/25/25. Should the couple change their rent for the new person or should the single person pay say 40/30/30 or should it be split evenly between the 3, or should the couple pay more? Tried to be as anonymous and unbiased as possible w/o giving away which party I am to get a better opinion spread, thanks in advance!
