Agent Needing Guidance Regarding Referral Marketing

Marketing isn’t my forte, but I think I have a simple marketing plan that could work, however I’m in need of some recommendations for tools or services. I don’t have a CRM, I’ve been using a combination of my email, Google Drive, and a notes application in place of a CRM and I’ve grown to like my (free) system and don’t really want go away from that.

With that said, without a CRM I don’t know of a way to do an email blast. Is there a way to send a bunch of separate emails all at the same time without CCing the whole list to one email just using Gmail? If not, has anyone had any experience with a good and affordable service to email blast?

I’d also need to obtain email addresses to receive the marketing. My particular marketing plan is direct to agents; I’d like to obtain agent email addresses for other states. I did a quick Google search and found a few sites that seem to sell emails. Is there a free way to obtain a list of agent email addresses for either a whole MLS or state board? If not, does anyone feel compelled to share what site/service they used?
