Can I ask my agent to inform me of an offer from someone who bullied me?

 In RealEstate

Backstory: I bought in 2019, very luckily, in an up and coming area in my state. It was a total tear down and rebuilt, and I’ve sank probably $150k worth of work to make my home come back to life.

I bought for $350k and I’m selling for $1 mil. That’s the comps around me and I feel like I’m going a bit below but that’s what my realtor said was best.

My house went live on the MLS the other day and I’ve also posted it across my business social media — I have been flooded with messages from people offering to buy my house in cash. People have been leaving letters in my mailbox and knocking on the door. It’s been insane.

Unfortunately I am selling to be closer to family. I’ve loved the area but I’ve outgrown the home. The market is still crazy in my area.

Anyway, I had a former friend turned bully who tormented me in my early 20s. She reached out offering cash for asking and a 30 day close, waiving inspections. I didn’t answer and I don’t know what to do. I do NOT want to sell it to her.

Is it ethical for me to ask my realtor if she can advise me if this woman submits an official offer? How do I go about this? It’s my first time selling a house.
