Hertz Investment Group has acquired the Brookhollow Central office campus along North Loop 610 at U.S. 290 from Miami-based Parmenter.
The $70.5 million purchase, announced by Hertz Investment Group, follows the California-based investor’s entry into Texas last month with the $24 million acquisition of Westchase Park Plaza, also from Parmenter. Both properties have undergone extensive upgrades and have significant vacancy to fill.
“Houston is a national leader in population and economic growth, and companies are looking to locate in the city,” chairman Judah Hertz said in an announcement.
