Door broken during open house

The door to our coat closet was broken during an open house. It is a heavy door and it was hanging on its side once we got home. I find it hard to believe our realtor who was standing 15 feet away in our kitchen didn’t hear it happen. Our realtor was sent photos of it once we got home and they acted surprised and told us how we should fix it. We fixed the door so it opens but the wood and paint is still chipped at the top. We are under contract and and after inspection it states this door needs to be fixed by a professional. Is this something we can get our realtor to pay for since it happened during an open house?
