Found that Seller is now lying about a property that I was under contract and didn’t proceed

TL;DR I was under contract for a house, Found issue with Septic. I backed out after Seller didn’t provide enough concession to fix Septic. Now house is back on market but it says that Buyer had cold feet so back on Market. Can I do something to stop this lie and save others falling for this unethical Seller?

I was under contract and then found Seller have lied on Form 17 disclosure. I tried to negotiate and agreed on Seller’s offer of 5% concession. But he backed out and put it back on Market. He now mention that Seller had cold feet and is offering 25k credit. This seems dishonest and a way to trick other Buyers. Anything I should do about it?
