I grabbed data from Zillow on inventory, sales price, median days until pending, etc for the U.S.

I think the data speaks for itself!

(This isn’t to say we haven’t also seen an upward tick in demand)

Note: SFR = single family residence

EDIT: all ya’ll complaining about not have a sales graph…here is “newly pending” by week for the last 5 years. Yes, 2021 had more sales than previously, but 2022 is more like previous years.
