Realtors are the worst!

Not sure if this the right sub or not, but please give me your opinion regarding my situation. Over the past two months, I had to terminate two realtors BRA because I did not felt I was getting properly treated or the realtor felt entitled. Long story short.

Realtor 1: Brought my Dad, who works on houses to give me advise on the structure, flooring, spacing etc however the realtor came out rude and was being disrespectful to my parent and to hurry up with his examination therefore I let him go for this reason

Realtor 2: Too many miscommunication, rude, scheduling conflict, transparency, and not replying to my message in a timely matter. It takes about the next day hear from them and an extra day to figure out scheduling for home tours.

Am I the problem? I been trying to work with the realtors, working on their time, answering their questions fast, etc. My POV I been polite and respectful but I just feel that realtors feel entitled and feel like they the ones that can control us or boss us around. Which don’t make sense, they work for us and at the end of all this they expect a BIG OL Check. Has anyone had any issues with their realtors? We plan on interviewing more. What questions should I ask to see if they align with us as a team.
