Seller misrepresented HOA fees on a condo, what can I do?

I am under contract on a highrise condo in Brickell, Miami, FL. The Zillow listing and everything else said the HOA was $792/mo. After having the appraisal done, I saw in the packet that it is actually $1,064/mo. I told my realtor this and he just blew it off like “Yea definitely unethical but nothing we can do about it at this point”. Is there I can do? that’s $3,300/yr difference! Closing is in 2 weeks
