Service to view houses without buyer agent

Upvote if this is something you would use.

With the NAR settlement buyer can avoid the Buyers agent fee.

But one of the services buyers agents tout is the ability to tour houses outside of open houses.

Does anyone know if services to tour houses without a buying agent?
