The more self-aware you become, the more you can have a better sense of introspection in building valuable relationships with people.

Effective goal-setting and making a habit of it, is a key component in the making of a great salesperson. In real estate, there may be an endless number of things to do but being a busy salesperson isn’t going to get you closer to your goals. Becoming intentional, deliberate, determined, and relentless will help you manage distractions and have the highest impact on the goals you’ve set in place to accomplish.
