Chefs Evelyn Garcia and Henry Lu are co-owners of Kin, an event production and catering company that will be opening a restaurant in Houston this summer. They specialize in Southeast Asian cuisine and have made guest appearances throughout Houston.

If you’re in the mood for some soul food, look no further than Miss Patty’s Southern Soul & Seafood Kitchen. You’ll have a hard time finding a more unique culinary experience than the OhMyGogi food truck. “It’s not every day you see a Korean and Mexican fusion food truck, but OhMyGogi will make you wish this culinary combo was on every block,” says Megan Marrs of Boston Food Truck Blog. “Some of their most drool-worthy dishes include the kimchi quesadilla and the ramen burger (you heard that right – the bun is made with ramen noodles).”
