What do you do if you fall in love with a different house right after your offer has been accepted on another house?

Our offer was accepted on Monday. Today, a house was posted that I am so much more excited about. It has all the things I settled on with the other house.

We haven’t put earnest money down and we are in our inspection period, so we can still pull out. However, I feel like an asshole. Is it morally wrong to do something like this?

My husband is pissed. He doesn’t even care about which house we move into, he’s just done with the process. He said I can do whatever I want but that he’s not looking at any more houses. I can decide and he will sign on DocuSign. Obviously, it makes this much harder.
