Did you ever see a listing and think the listing agent needs to be fired?

Some of these listings look like they were done by a third grader. Heck, a third grader could do a better job. Some listings have poorly lit photos, bad angles, grainy quality, looks like they were done on an old IPhone 5. Zero staging, the homeowners junk laying out everywhere, bad grammar and misspellings in the listings.

Here’s a listing I saw that checks all of these boxes. With some cleanup and staging, reasonable lighting, and a real camera, this is not a bad house. But for a $675k listing, the listing agent should be doing more. Maybe even basic things like spell checking the listing?
