Anyone else lose money on real estate recently?

I think I’ll be losing money on a condo I bought in late 2019. It’s small and all I could afford in a high cost of living city. I was happy at the time but 18 months into COVID all I want to do is move somewhere cheaper and with a yard. I’m planning on listing at the 3 year mark and always sort of thought I might do that. Without COVID I’d probably get my money back and a little bit extra but here we are in the darkest timeline.

I just want to hear if anyone else is in this situation and how they are coping. I got an ibuyer offer that would let me recoup most of my money (maybe a 5k-10k loss) and I want to grab it and run. Thoughts?
