ARM refinance from 7.75% fix 30 years.
Hi guys,
I currently have a 30 years fixed conventional mortgage at 7.75%. I’m being offered a refi as follows: 30 years conventional 6.99% (no cost) 10 year ARM 6.375% ($1,600 cost) 5 year ARM 6.125 ($1,600 cost)
I’m tempted to go with the 10 year ARM and which would reduce my monthly cost for now and can hopefully be refinance within a year a 2 with better rates.
What’s you guys opinion on this?
Thank you.
