Last minute…

Paid for closing costs already and signed loan documents. I’m just waiting to get the keys to my new house. Seller just decided in taking microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator yesterday, but those were included per contract. As a buyer, I can just brush it off and buy new ones. But what are my legal options besides taking the high road?
