After hearing about the pain points around referral management, it became clear that Keller Williams and its agents could design a better experience. So in September, a Lab was born, containing over 225 teams with a collective $50 billion in volume. Over the course of four months, a new agent-to-agent system was created. Since it’s debut at Family Reunion 2018, over 800,000 agent-to-agent connections have been made across 149,000 unique agents and over 4,000 referrals have been sent.
